Should you wish to return/exchange an item, please contact us within seven days of recieving your order.

Exchanges:

While we do offer exchanges on our items, these are at the discretion of Babcia The Label. If you would like to exchange an item for an alternate size, please email us directly. Include your item name and order number.

Items must be returned: 

  • within 7 days of your exchange approval
  • still have the original tags
  • has not been worn
  • does not carry a fragrance
  • is in its original condition

 Returns:

Items that are approved for return, must be accompanied by the completed B.T.L returns form. We do not accept returns for change of mind, or items not arriving in time, when they are delivered within our specified delivery timeframes.

Babcia the Label will only consider return requests that are submitted within 7 days of you receiving your item(s). Any return requests filed outside of this time frame will not be accepted.  

Once a request has been approved, the item(s) must be received by Babcia The Label within 7 days for orders within Australia (14 days for International orders).

Returns not made within this time frame will not be accepted. Please note we do not refund the costs of shipping the item to you or the postage cost for returns. We suggest using Australia Post and obtaining a tracking number to ensure your item is returned safely.

Please ensure that the item(s)

  • still have the original tags
  • have not been worn
  • do not carry a fragrance
  • is in its original condition

If an item is returned damaged and not within our return guidelines it will not be processed.

Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange so please choose carefully. 

Refunds:

Accepted returns are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. We do not offer returns/refunds on jewellery or accessory items (eg necklaces, earrings, sunglasses) for hygienic reasons. 

We are not required to replace or refund an item if damage/wear has occurred over a reasonable period or has been poorly maintained. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you have any further questions or issues please contact us directly. We take a lot of pride in providing the best quality items to all of our beautiful customers, however if you have received an item and it is faulty or damaged or becomes so after a short time of use, please contact us.
