The time frames below are currently inaccurate due to Covid-19. In our experience, overseas shipments are taking between 3-4 weeks and domestic 1-2 weeks. Please keep this is mind when placing your orders. 

Where do you ship to?

We are currently shipping Australia wide and to almost all international locations.

How can I track my order?

Once your gorgeous items have been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. 

When can I expect my order?

Please note items are shipped from our warehouse at 12pm Monday-Friday. All orders placed online will be shipped the same day or following business day. Please view shipping details below for exact business days based on your location or alternatively visit the Australia Post website for further details. 

International Import Taxes & Duties:

Babcia The Label is not responsible for any import taxes or duties charged in your country. Please ensure you are aware of any relevant charges that may apply before purchasing.

We are located in Adelaide, Australia.

We ship with Australia Post & Couriers Please. Please note the shipment time frame below is based on information given by Australia Post & our Courier Service. 

In our experience, regional towns usually take slightly longer. 

Australia:

 Standard Post Parcels have a $5 shipping fee:

SA, VIC, NSW (3 - 5 Business Days - Monday - Friday)

NT, TAS, QLD (4 - 7 Business Days - Monday-Friday)

WA (7 - 9 Business Days - Monday-Friday)

Express Post Parcels have a $10 shipping fee (1 - 2 Business Days).

New Zealand

Standard Post: $13 (AUD) (10-12 Business Days)

Express Post: $33 (AUD) /(4- 5 Business Days)

UK (United Kingdom)

Standard Post: ( $15 AUD / (15- 20 Business Days)

Express Post: $46 (AUD) /(4 - 5 Business Days)

 Babcia The Label Returns & Exchanges Request Form

Exchanges:

While we do offer exchanges on our items, these are at the discretion of Babcia The Label. If you would like to exchange an item for an alternate size, please email us directly. Include your item name and order number.

Items must be returned: 

• within 7 days of your exchange approval
• still have the original tags
• has not been worn
• does not carry a fragrance
• is in its original condition

 Returns:

Items that are approved for return, must be accompanied by the completed B.T.L returns form. We do not accept returns for change of mind, or items not arriving in time, when they are delivered within our specified delivery timeframes.

Babcia the Label will only consider return requests that are submitted within 7 days of you receiving your item(s). Any return requests filed outside of this time frame will not be accepted.  

Once a request has been approved, the item(s) must be received by Babcia The Label within 7 days for orders within Australia (14 days for International orders).

Returns not made within this time frame will not be accepted. Please note we do not refund the costs of shipping the item to you or the postage cost for returns. We suggest using Australia Post and obtaining a tracking number to ensure your item is returned safely.

Please ensure that the item(s)

• still have the original tags
• have not been worn
• do not carry a fragrance
• is in its original condition

If an item is returned damaged and not within our return guidelines it will not be processed.

Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange so please choose carefully. 

Refunds:

Accepted returns are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. We do not offer returns/refunds on jewellery or accessory items (eg necklaces, earrings, sunglasses) for hygienic reasons. 

We are not required to replace or refund an item if damage/wear has occurred over a reasonable period or has been poorly maintained. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you have any further questions or issues please contact us directly. We take a lot of pride in providing the best quality items to all of our beautiful customers, however if you have received an item and it is faulty or damaged or becomes so after a short time of use, please contact us.
